Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped it, Australian orders will arrive within 2-5 business days and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. Australia Post might experience some delays due to the impacts of COVID-19. If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.
Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.
We want you to wear your A I N S L E Y jewellery for as long as it makes you feel amazing. Our materials pages below include information on how to care for your jewellery depending on the material is it made from.
A I N S L E Y items are suitable for everyday wear however, being so fine in nature, extra care and attention is required to maintain its prime condition.
We do our best to restock sold-out pieces as soon as possible. If you have your eye on something that’s out of stock, pop in your email on the product description page and we’ll let you know when it’s available again. If an item is totally out of stock indefinitely, it’ll be taken down from our website.
